The Mission Log: Validating the Narrative
Receiving professional feedback is like getting a successful telemetry report from a satellite in deep orbit. My editor at Scribendi recently returned my memoir, The Day I Was Remembered, with words that confirm the trajectory of this 17-year mission.
The Findings: The narrative was described as "fascinating, vulnerable, and instructive"—a trifecta of qualities I strive for as a leader in Somatic healing.
The Connection: My style was called a "joy to read," which tells me that the vulnerability of sharing my journey with Rhys and my health is resonating on a deep, human level.
The Instruction: Being "instructive" means this book isn't just a story; it’s a manual for others navigating invisible illness and corporate strategy from a place of somatic wisdom.
Mission Status: The hard work is paying off. The final edits are underway, and the Book of Remembrance is nearly ready for its full launch.
