The Monday Tweak: The Physiological Sigh


The fastest way to "hack" your vagus nerve and lower cortisol (the weight-storage hormone) is through the breath. Today, your only goal is to perform 3 rounds of the Physiological Sigh (Andrew Huberman) before you eat your next meal.

  • Inhale Deeply: Take a full breath in through your nose.

  • The "Sip": At the very top, take a second, shorter inhale to fully expand the lungs.

  • The Release: Exhale as slowly as possible through your mouth, like you're breathing through a straw.


By doing this, you are physically offloading carbon dioxide and triggering the "Rest and Digest" state. You are telling your body it is finally safe to let go.
